These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of TrainTrack, a training management platform operated by Clicks International Company Limited ("Clicks International", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using TrainTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The Service

TrainTrack allows organisations and independent facilitators to create training sessions, assign pre-tests, post-tests, quizzes and polls to trainees, track attendance and results, and issue certificates of completion. Features and functionality may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts and Roles

TrainTrack supports several account types — company administrators, facilitators, and trainees — each with different levels of access. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating an account or company profile
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account

Company administrators are responsible for the accounts and activity of the facilitators and trainees they add to their organisation's workspace.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New company and independent facilitator accounts begin with a free trial period, the length of which is set by Clicks International and displayed at sign-up. Continued access to TrainTrack after the trial period ends requires an active paid subscription.

• Subscription plans, durations, and pricing are set by Clicks International and may be updated from time to time. Current pricing is shown at checkout before payment.
• Payments are processed by ALATPay (Wema Bank), a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank account details.
• Subscriptions are activated upon confirmed payment and expire at the end of the paid period unless renewed.
• If a subscription lapses, company administrator and facilitator access to most features will be paused until the subscription is renewed. Trainee access is not affected by a lapsed company subscription.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrainTrack to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on someone else's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or to any part of the platform you are not permitted to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform, including through malware, excessive automated requests, or attempts to bypass security features
• Misrepresent training results, certificates, or attendance records
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written permission

5. Content and Data Ownership

Training materials, test questions, and other content you upload to TrainTrack remain your property. By uploading content, you grant Clicks International a licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the service to you. Trainee results, attendance records, and certificates generated within a company's workspace belong to that company.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued through TrainTrack reflect completion of the training and assessments as configured by the issuing facilitator or company administrator. Clicks International does not independently verify the accuracy of training content or the qualifications of facilitators using the platform, and issued certificates are the responsibility of the issuing organisation.

7. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep TrainTrack available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to maintain an active subscription for an extended period. You may stop using TrainTrack and request account closure at any time by contacting your company administrator or our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrainTrack is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clicks International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of business, or reliance on training results generated through the platform.

10. Privacy

Information you provide — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and training records — is used to operate the platform and communicate with you about your account, training activity, and subscription. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment information is handled directly by ALATPay under its own privacy and security practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or legal requirements. Continued use of TrainTrack after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
